FAQ's

Can you deliver?

I prefer customers to collect from me if possible. However, there has been times where I charge just $10 extra for those who are unable to collect. Within a reasonable distance we can work it out.

I heard you have a dog onsite, should i be worried?

Oh yes, our little Maltese named Phoebe. She is all bark no bite. She may seem aggrressive at the front door but dont worry, we chuck her on the front deck with a gate that keeps her locked in.

How do I pay?

I prefer either cash or online bank transfer. What I do is create the gift, send you a photo once its completed to ensure spelling is correct, colours are right and then ask for payment and collection.

How long does the balloon last?

This question I get alot. Lets just say this, the balloon i did for my mother for Christmas in 2025 is still up. It can last a very long time. Like anything though, nothing is bulletproof, if it happens to deflate or pop when you drive off, i will look after you. This has only happened 2x with 15 months of starting.
